99.99 (plus $25 hourly rate after 3 hours)

Pickup and return service for the Computer Tune – up: $15.00 You save 20 % off the price and we waive the hourly rate.

Drop off and pick up your own computer for the Computer Tune – up: You save 20% and we will waive hourly rate.

Annual Members Save 20% on On-Site Services

Calls to be kept to 30 minutes. (after 30 minutes see member hourly pricing below)

Training can be handled over the phone or by using remote assistance.

Technical support can be handled using remote assistance.

If training or technical support will take longer than the average time frame you may be asked to schedule an on-site appointment or pay an extra “per session” rate.
